This builder-grade dining room makeover proves you don't need to renovate your entire home to create a space that feels custom. By embracing a color-drenched dining room design, we transformed a plain, forgettable room into one that's warm, timeless, and full of personality.
Like many builder-grade homes, this dining room had good bones, but it lacked character. Beige walls, standard white trim, and minimal architectural detail left the space feeling flat. The homeowners wanted a room that felt elevated, inviting, and worthy of gathering family and friends around the table.
The answer? Color drenching.
