Happy Fall Ya'll

Now that it is officially September I am starting to get the Fall vibes. Our neighbors told us about a tradition that they have called "Forcing Fall."

You essentially eat chili, apple crumble or any other hearty foods and get out your pumpkin decor. It's their version of dancing outside with your jammies on inside out to get snow aka no school. Although that won't work this year.

My front porch isn't done yet, but I got a good start on it today.

I want to add mums, cabbage and pumpkins but it was 100 degrees here today.

Does it still feel like Summer where you live? Please leave a comment with your location. I would love to hear from you!

  1. I’m excited to change up the porch for fall too but feel like it’s too hot! Maybe when it’s under 85 degrees?! Your new house is looking great, as I knew it would!

    1. I know! It was a 100 degrees when I put this new wreath on the front door but I couldn't wait to hang it. Thank you Kendra!

  2. The W on the door is everything!!! Love it! It’s the little details that make the biggest impacts!!

    1. Thank you Sky! We should get you one for your new house. It's actually a door knocker but we didn't have space to put it on the top of this glass door.
