What was once the least-used space on this home is now one of the family's favorite places to be.

Before, this screened porch felt like living in a fishbowl. The neighbors could see everything, there was no privacy, and it never felt like a space where you could truly relax.

So we completely reimagined it.

  • Added a  faux fireplace for cozy evenings.
  • Created a comfortable lounge centered around a large flatscreen TV.
  • Designed an outdoor dining area that's perfect for family dinners and entertaining.
  • Layered in architectural details and privacy solutions that transformed the entire feel of the space.
